Office space temperature management
Matric (Grade 12) qualification; a relevant certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office administration or facilities support role
Proven experience in staff scheduling and time management, particularly for support or cleaning personnel
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to make sound ad hoc decisions under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage office resources, including workspace allocation and environmental controls
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in an on-site environment
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Facilities Management
Experience coordinating cleaning or support staff in a corporate or multi-tenant environment
Familiarity with facilities and building management systems, including temperature and environmental controls
Working knowledge of scheduling or workforce management tools
Exposure to procurement and management of office supplies and resources
Experience supporting onboarding logistics, such as workspace and equipment allocation for new starters
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle last-minute operational issues
Proficiency in additional Microsoft Office applications or basic reporting tools
